All of our orders are sent out as standard 1st class. We aim to process orders within 3 - 5 business days. If you have not received your order 2 weeks after the dispatch date do not hesitate to contact us.
While we take the necessary precautions to ensure that your items arrive in perfect condition, there may be a very small chance that your item arrives damaged. In the event that this happens, all we ask is that you take a picture of the item and we will happily refund this for you. You have 14 days upon receiving your order to request a refund.
Please note we will not refund orders sent to the wrong address so please ensure that your information is correct and up to date. If you use PayPal to pay, this will be the address that your order is sent to. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
